Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This policy explains the small amount of browser storage and similar technology used on usebyte.io. We do not use advertising trackers or follow you across other websites.

Strictly necessary storage

The site may use browser storage to remember your privacy choice and to support security, traffic management and form protection. These functions are necessary to provide the site and do not create an advertising profile.

Optional analytics

If analytics is enabled, Byte uses Plausible to understand aggregate page visits and site performance. We load optional analytics only after the choice shown in our privacy controls where consent is required. We do not use Hotjar or session replay on this site.

Microsoft Bookings

Choosing to book an intro takes you to a Microsoft-hosted booking page. Microsoft may use cookies or similar technologies needed to run that page. Microsoft’s notices and controls apply there. We do not load Microsoft Bookings trackers on Byte pages before you choose to leave.

Your choice

You can accept or decline optional analytics without losing access to the site. You can reopen the privacy controls from this page, and you can delete site data in your browser settings. Blocking storage that is strictly necessary may prevent some features from working correctly.

Changes and contact

If the tools we use change, we will update this page before using new non-essential tracking. Questions can be sent to hello@usebyte.io.
